square feet of transactions with a deal value in excess of $100
million.
Corporate Site Selectors, Inc. was formed in 1998 by Laurance
P. Lewis, Esquire, who today remains its President. For the past
15 years, Mr. Lewis has applied his skills and considerable negotiation
and deal-structuring experience in Corporate Real Estate, Law,
and Telecommunications for the benefit of his clients. He has
led Corporate Site Selectors, Inc. in building a reputation as
a leading real estate firm for telecommunications and high-tech
companies on a national and international basis. Clients of Corporate
Site Selectors include AT&T Wireless, Honeywell, Inc., NationsBank,
Executone Information Systems, McLeodUSA, Switch & Data Facilities
Co., Intermec Corporation, Octel Communications Corporation and
USN Communications. In the course of representing such clients,
CSS assists with strategic planning, performs location and building
analyses, negotiates leases, purchase agreements and construction
documents, and state and local incentives.
